First, our service is arranged on a first come, first served basis. As soon as you come in, we will try to evaluate the problem and get all your correct information, to be in touch with you. This usually takes around 10 minutes.

Second step is to get to your computer and check your system and troubleshoot it at the minimum level, so that we can find problems that may surface later on in life, this way making the repair last longer. At this point we will let you know of the cost of this repair and the options that you might have. You will either approve or reject the job and we’ll either order the parts or put the system back together. This usually takes around 4 – 5 hours.

Third step is to wait for the parts to arrive from Apple® or the supplier and get your system ready to install them. This takes around 2 – 3 hours.

Fourth step is to make sure that the problems that existed before are not there anymore and that we did not introduce more problems. Then we will call you and let you know of the completion of the repair. This takes about 1 hour.

So, How long is it going to take to get my system back?

Our repairs usually take between 1 – 3 days, all depending on how fast we can get the parts needed for the job.
